If you want to install modifications on the map which has custom maps_fruitTypes.xml find this line in the main map xml (e.g. mapDE.xml) map:

In the InstalationHelp.png the line you need to replace is selected

Replace it with this line:

Modification incompatible with the map with additional crops! You must manually edit maps_fruitTypes.xml file.

Keep copies of original files!
