I have been wanting to get around to this one for a while.

Will be updating the console version which is already released on the Giants Modhub.

Changes:

- Added optional colors for creels / potato pusher

- Added more wheel options

- Added tools to toolbox for decoration (open door using X key)

- Added additional color options for rims and trailer

- New store and icon images

- Added additional registration plates

- General cleanups to .i3d file
