Description:
This mod is a hotel-restaurant with sales station and passive income.

The building originally comes from Felsbrunn, namely from the city center. So the house was designed by Giants, as were the additional objects I used to decorate the house, e.g. Tables, chairs, ice cream truck, bench, etc.

This hotel restaurant is available in several variations, e.g. with and without passive income and with and without sales station. One of the variants even brings so much passive income that the acquisition costs are amortized after just one day. With the other variants with passive income, the costs are amortized after approx. 10 days, depending on the difficulty level of the economy.

Edible crops, milk and eggs can be delivered to the sales station, as well as wool and cotton (e.g. for tablecloths, etc.). Grass, hay and silage etc. cannot be brought in.

The mods have done their job successfully in my Build and Let's Play videos. I've also tried hard to make everything work, but I can't guarantee it. Use at your own risk :-)

Note: The building does not level automatically. So you have to level the terrain beforehand.
